Q. What is your product warranty?
A. Eleven71 Design products have no-questions-asked, money-back guarantee IF NOT MOUNTED. We do ask that you cover any shipping charges (initial and to return the item) unless there is an error on our end. We fully stand behind the quality of our products. If you run into any issues with your item down the road, we will work with you to make it right.
Q. Where are your products made?
A. All our products are designed and made to the highest standards in Knoxville, Tennessee.
Q. Why titanium?
A. Most optic mounting plates are made with either aluminum or steel, both of which experience 2-3x the negative effects, in comparison to titanium, of thermal expansion and thermal stress caused by the heat generated during the cycling of the slide. This is not an opinion, it is metallurgy. Proven by numbers and smarter people than me. Because of this, it greatly reduces the likelihood of broken screws and is a far better material to thread with better thread adhesion. This makes Titanium a superior material to use for mounting plates.
Q. I’ve seen products that look just like yours. Why is that?
A. We currently work with a large (badass) company who has our products with brand.
Q. Are the screws included with the plate?
A. Yes, your plate will include the proper screws for your pistol and optic.
Q. I’m new to firearms. What resources do you recommend for those just starting out?
A. Take a class by a competent Instructor. Please do your research on them as some are far better than others.
Q. What about wholesale opportunities?

Q. Can I attach the plate myself or do I need to take it to an armorer?
A. I highly recommend having a trained Armorer install any firearm part. However, if you do not know any Armorers, utilize an inch/lbs torque wrench or screwdriver. Reach out with specific questions.
Q. How can I stay up to date on new product releases?

Q. How long does shipping take for an in-stock product?
A. We typically do not hold much in-stock and manufacture after orders arrive but shipping is usually the day or the next. You can expect your item to arrive within 3-5 days given there are no unforeseen shipping delays with the carrier.
Q. What are the torque specs for the screws?
A. 12-15 inch/pounds
Q. What if I don’t have a torque wrench?
A. Please contact someone with one. These are small screws. If you feel confident, hand tight but at your own risk.
Q. Do you recommend one brand of thread lock over another? What are the pros and cons between brands?
A. I ship with Vibra-Tite #122 and have had excellent results. I have no issues if you like Thread Loc.
