MAC recently updated their Optic cut to the AOS. The original cut has two hopes towards the front. The AOS cut has a rib running ¾ the length of the optic cut. Make sure you check your slide cut. AOS iron sight dovetail option. I machine a dovetail on the plate to utilize an iron sight. This will not fit the factory MAC iron sight. Utilizes a Glock style rear sight dovetail to mount Iron sights to the Optic Plate. The rear Iron sight height will vary depending on the optic, but most will work great with a .315” or taller rear sight.
