Smith and Wesson M&P 2.0 Holosun 509T
Co-witness your tall factory 2.0 sights in the lowest portion of the Optic window. The contours of this plate blend with the slide to make it part of the gun instead of an afterthought design. You will not find a stronger, more secure and better fitting plate. 6Al-4V Titanium offers numerous benefits over steel or aluminum optic plates with no downfalls. This plate was designed to be very tight with the slide and Optic to have the best fit possible.
The Carbon Port is a Boss that extents forward slightly and has a ramp machined into it. This ramp re-directs the carbon or Gasses that frequently plague the M&P with Optics mounted.

From time to time the pistol factories do not hold the best tolerances. My plates are extremely consistent in size and if your slide and plate do not have the best fit possible, I will get you a plate that does fit your slide.
Screw torque specs: I recommend the 6-32 screws be torqued between 15-20 inch/lbs. It is best to walk the screws up to spec. Start lower and slowly increase each screw to the torque spec.
