Finishes

Anodizing:
Anodizing is a surface treatment that does not alter the dimensions of the titanium plate. It provides a more durable and refined finish than traditional paint or coatings. Titanium is naturally highly resistant to corrosion, so a raw titanium plate already offers excellent durability and performance—often exceeding that of coated steel or aluminum plates. Anodizing simply adds an additional layer of surface protection and aesthetic enhancement.

DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon):
DLC is applied using a Plasma-Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition (PECVD) process. This advanced treatment forms an extremely hard, low-friction surface layer that penetrates and bonds with the material while maintaining very tight tolerances. The result is a highly durable finish that provides exceptional wear resistance without affecting the plate’s precision fit.
