Staccato
Utilizing the factory Staccato Optics Ready slide cut. Mount your optic securely with 6Al-4V titanium plates. I designed this plate to use Glock suppressor height sights in the .395-.420” range such as Heinie #3187RL and Dawson Precision . Each pistol may have a slightly different POA/POI and you will likely need to adjust your front sight height to get your preferred POA/POI but these are designed to be very close to the factory sight height. I suggest you get your preferred rear sight and use the factory front sight to get your initial POI then use the Dawson Precision sight calculator to get the correct front sight height.
Placing the Iron Sights in front of the optic allows for a deeper Iron Sight Dovetail while maintaining strength. The rear of the slide has a step which would make the dovetail area very thin.
If you Shoot the SRO or RMR HD which can protrude over the ejection port, I make the No Irons plate so the Optic can be placed at the rear while still clearing the Ejection Port.
SRO insert Iron Sight. This Iron sight is made by another manufacturer. It sits .115” above the flat on the rear of the SRO. Very low in the window and mounts with 2 shoulder screws that pass through the holes on the sides. Utilizing this sight you will need to shoot your pistol and use the front sight calculator above for your actual front sight height.
I suggest the use of rear iron sights which have a set screw or two.
Trijicon Optics as well as the Holosun 507 have had custom titanium screws added to this package.

Due to the dimensions of typical 1911 style sights, and the dimensions of the optic cut, a 1911 sight is not able to be used. Glock Suppressor height sights have narrow footprint and a large selection of heights and were selected for this purpose.
